SSRU is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Hitchlock to Director, Information and Operations. In his role, Brian will be responsible for the build, implementation, and security of SSRU Information Management and Operating systems including Accounting, CRM and web-based applications. Brian has been with SSRU since formation and is a central part of SSRU’s past and on-going success. With over 25 years of experience, Brian is an insurance operations expert with experience in implementing and managing insurance teams, processes and systems. Prior to joining SSRU, Brian worked as an Insurance Operations and Automations Consultant, and served as the Chief Operating Officer at an independent Canadian insurance brokerage.
