Matthew Ho is a Claims and Operations Coordinator at SSRU and has been with the company since 2025. Matthew is responsible for supporting multiple departments at SSRU through the optimization of operational workflows, managing claims administration processes, and ensuring regulatory and financial accuracy in our business practices.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science with a Specialist in Psychology, and a Social Service Worker Diploma. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys playing video games, exercising, and playing the piano.
