Paul Fagan is the Director, Claims at SSRU and has been with the company since June 2, 2025. Paul is responsible for the oversight of the SSRU Claims Operation, bringing 38 years of experience in the Insurance industry to his role.

Prior to joining SSRU, Paul held leadership and technical roles at several major insurance organizations, including Lombard / Northbridge (21 years), Aviva (8 years), Lindsey Morden Insurance Adjusters (2 years), Gore Mutual Insurance (5 years), and Federated Insurance (2 years).

Paul holds a CIP designation, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology, and a Business Diploma, all from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of work, Paul enjoys a wide variety of sports including hockey, golf, football, and skiing, as well as music, attending concerts, and spending quiet time with family and friends.
